Airmail newsletter
When you register for our Airmail newsletter, your e-mail address will be used for our own advertising and information purposes until you unsubscribe. You will receive information by e-mail on current topics as well as e-mails for special occasions. The e-mails may be personalized and individualized based on our information about you.
Unless you have given us your consent in writing, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure to subscribe to our Airmail newsletter, i.e. we will only send you a newsletter by e-mail if you have expressly confirmed to us beforehand that we should activate the newsletter dispatch. We will then send you a notification e-mail and ask you to confirm that you wish to receive our newsletter by clicking on a link contained in this e-mail.
We use a self-operated system to send the Airmail newsletter (see Marketing automation) and do not pass on your personal data to third parties.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR if you have expressly registered for the newsletter. However, you primarily give your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which you can revoke at any time in the cookie settings on our website. The software uses various technical processes to allocate the individual activities of individual users:
Tracking pixels
In order to recognize whether an e-mail has been opened, for example, "Mautic" uses so-called tracking pixels. These are used to load a small graphic from the provider's server, which has previously been assigned to an individual user profile.
Personalized web links
In order to recognize whether, for example, a user accesses a link from an e-mail, "Mautic" adds a unique identifier to these links, which has previously been assigned to an individual user profile.
Data collected
The data collected by us is about
- the activity on our landing pages (https://flyingcircus.io/loesungen/*)
- Page views of landing pages and length of stay of the website visit
- the click path of the respective visitor
